What We Take Care Of (So You Don’t Have To)

Why is there a fee for an internship placement?

Securing a legal, safe, and high-quality internship in Bali is a complex process, which is why our team manages every step on your behalf. In many cases, we work on a student’s application for several months, from pre-registration and email exchanges to placement confirmation and onboarding.

This involves extensive coordination and administrative work, including logistics and ongoing communication between you, the host company, your school, and all parties involved, to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our Commitment to Interns

Access to verified, high-quality companies

We only work with companies that

  • are legally registered in Indonesia
  • offer real supervision
  • provide a team, office, and desk onsite
  • match your field and goals
A personalised placement process

We don’t “send” you anywhere; we match you.

Our team spends months supporting each student through every step:

  • understanding your goals
  • selecting the right companies
  • creating a curated shortlist
  • organising interviews
  • securing your dream internship
Legal compliance & visa guidance

Contrary to what many believe:

  • a tourist visa is NOT a legal visa for an internship
  • your host company MUST sponsor you to intern legally

We guide you through the right visa process.

Back-up internship guarantee

If anything unexpected happens (the company closes, changes, or doesn’t comply), you will receive a backup placement.

Arrival support in Bali

Upon landing, our driver picks you up at the airport to ensure you arrive safely and avoid common scams or confusion.
