The timeline mainly depends on your responsiveness and the company’s availability. Our role is to accelerate the process by coordinating efficiently, following up with partner companies, and keeping everything moving smoothly.
In practice:
- Book a first call with us in one click
- Get introduced to a company within 1–2 weeks, depending on company's availability
- Receive feedback within a maximum of 3 working days after your interview with the company
The program is structured in two parts:
→ €45 registration fee
This covers your registration to the program, a call with our team, and initial guidance to help you optimize your application and succeed during your interview.
→ €850 program fee
This covers our full support before departure, during your stay, and after your experience, sometimes over several months. The program is designed to ensure your safety, support, and peace of mind throughout the entire journey.

In addition to the program fee, you should budget for:

No, the visa fee is not included in the program cost and must be paid separately.

If your profile does not immediately match our current opportunities, we work closely with our partner companies in Bali and actively source suitable placements to ensure we find the right fit for you.
