Content Manager Intern for CEO Personal Branding & Real Estate Agency

This Bali-based real estate company is focused on villa investments, renovations, sales, and property management. Content is a core acquisition channel for us. This role supports two brands:
- Founder personal brand (education, storytelling, authority)
- Real Estate agency brand (listings, market insights, proof, conversion)
Main Missions
Help us publish consistent, high quality content and coordinate the full content pipeline. You will not be the main video editor. We already have a dedicated editor. Your role is to plan, brief, manage, and improve the output.
Responsibilities
- Build weekly content plans for both accounts (topics, angles, hooks, CTA)
- Write short scripts for Reels and Shorts (15 to 60 seconds)
- Prepare shoot outlines and shot lists (what to film, how to structure it)
- Brief the editor clearly (style references, pacing, captions, sound design, structure)
- Review drafts and give precise feedback to improve retention and clarity.
- Organize iterations and validate final deliverables before publishing
- Schedule and publish content (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Write captions, titles, hashtags, and basic thumbnails guidelines
- Help manage comments and route inbound leads to WhatsApp when needed
- Track weekly KPIs (views, watch time, saves, shares, profile visits, WhatsApp clicks)
- Identify what works and propose improvements (hooks, topics, formats)
- Maintain a simple Notion content system (pipeline, deadlines, assets)
What We Expect
- You are structured, organized, and proactive
- You understand what makes short form content perform (hooks, clarity, pacing)
- You can communicate with an editor and give clear directions
- You have basic social media management experience or strong personal interest with proof
Requirements
- Education in Marketing, Communication, Media, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Fluent English is required
- French is a strong plus
